You do not have to give a phone number to contact us. Email alone is enough.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

When you call our phone number, the call is answered by an AI receptionist. The call may be recorded and transcribed so that we can respond to you.

6. How AI tools are used

We do not use your inquiry to train public AI models. What you write to us is used to answer you and to do the work you asked about.
When we build an AI system for a client, the data that system handles belongs to that client. We treat it as confidential and use it only to deliver and support the service.
When an AI assistant answers you on this site or on our phone line, you are told so. We do not present an AI as a human being.

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not currently use an analytics service. If we add one, it will be named in this section.

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide services, and to meet ordinary business and tax record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it unreadable.
