1. Who these terms are with
This website and the services described on it are provided by Trending Now Group LLC (“Trending Now Group,” “we,” “us” or “our”), an Arizona limited liability company with a mailing address at 3623 Crossings Drive, Suite 398, Prescott, AZ 86305.
By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Trending Now Group LLC also operates AIKeepUp.com, AZ928.com, 928AZLocal.com and America250Gifts.shop. Each of those sites has its own terms, which apply to that site and to anything bought through it.
2. Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to try to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
Information on this site, including our explainer articles, is provided for general purposes. It is not legal, financial or tax advice.
3. Services and engagements
Sending us a message does not create a contract. Work begins only when we have agreed on scope, price and timing in writing.
- Any recurring charge is stated in your written agreement: the amount, how often it is charged and how to stop it.
- You approve a proof of the work before it is published.
- Monthly services are month-to-month unless a longer minimum term is stated in your agreement.
- Work beyond what your agreement includes is quoted separately before it is done.
4. SMS messaging program terms
These terms apply to the Trending Now Group customer messaging program, operated by Trending Now Group LLC.

Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of buying any product or service from us.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
We do not send text messages to people who have not asked to receive them. We do not buy, rent or import phone lists.
5. AI systems: what we do and do not promise
- AI makes mistakes. Any system we build should be reviewed by a person before its output is relied on for anything that matters.
- We do not guarantee business results. We can show what a system does and what it costs. We do not promise a number of leads, a revenue figure or a search ranking.
- Outside providers change. AI systems depend on other companies whose pricing, features and availability can change without our control. We will tell you when that affects your service.
- Disclosure. Where an AI assistant speaks with your customers for you, we build it to say that it is an AI. We will not set up a system to claim to be a human being.
- The words “SI” and “super intelligence.” On this site those words mean the same present-day tools commonly called AI. They are not a claim that any system we offer exceeds human ability.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website belongs to Trending Now Group LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or republished without permission.
For client work: the content, data and brand assets you supply remain yours. On full payment, you own the deliverables produced for you. We keep ownership of our own underlying tools, templates and methods, and may reuse them on other engagements.
7. Disclaimers and limits
This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona.
9. Changes to these terms
When we update these terms we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
